Adult Classes
Boogie Bounce is an exercise programme on a mini trampoline, choreographed to feel-good tunes. There are four different classes: Workout, Power, Strength & Tone, and Revolution.
POUND combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. It provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose and rockin’ out!
Clubbercise is a fusion of dance, toning and combat moves. Classes feature disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits.
Hoop Cahoots is for everyone, regardless of age and ability. We have two different classes: workout (on-body moves around the waist) and toning (off-body & tricks).

Kids Classes
Boogie Bounce Kidz is a dynamic programme on a mini trampoline, giving children the chance to bounce to fun and funky music. New routines to age-appropriate music every 8 weeks.
Generation POUND is an alternative way to MOVE, ROCK, PLAY, AND MAKE NOISE! The programme fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness, and teamwork skills.
Set to a playlist of kids’ favourite dance and pop hits! A fun, social and creative way for children to be active. These classes build confidence, build friendships, and improves coordination.
