What is Disco?

Boogie Bounce Disco is an exercise programme on a mini trampoline, choreographed to feel-good tunes.

Unlike Workout, it's a full 45 minutes of cardio without any conditioning section at the end.

You'll feel it working just about every muscle in the body, from your legs right up to your face.
