What is Workout?

Boogie Bounce Workout is an exercise programme on a mini trampoline, choreographed to feel-good tunes.

It's 40 minutes of cardio with a conditioning section, focusing on either triceps & abs or press ups & glutes for 5 minutes at the end.

You'll feel it working just about every muscle in the body, from your legs right up to your face.

One class burns between 500 and 800 calories!

The mat absorbs the bounce so it's low impact on joints and ligaments.
